Intepretation of the OU Club Singapore Logo
The logo represents OU Club Singapore's link to the University of Oklahoma.
University of Oklahoma’s official maroon color is used on the words ‘University of Oklahoma’ and ‘club’. The color also reflects OU Club's energy and passion. The words ’University of Oklahoma’ are placed above the words ‘club’ and ’SINGAPORE’ to indicate the OU Club’s deeply rooted ties to the institution.
Black, a prestigious color, is used to represent the Club’s steadfastness. Capital letters in ‘OU’ and ‘SINGAPORE’ highlight the fact that the Club is founded by former OU students in Singapore.
White color represents perfection. It is used on the word ’OU’ signifying that it is a prestigious institution.
The maroon box stands for Club members’ devotion. A slightly titled black box next to it symbolizes members’ dedication to constantly moving the Club forward, and not forgeting to have fun along the way. The touching of the boxes embodies the unity of its members.
